Prof. Dr. Urkhan Alakbarov from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijanand Assoc. Prof. Dr. Recep Rehimli made an official visit to our university. During this visit, they made contacts with our rector, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Barca and mutual cooperation between two institutions was counselled. 

On 17 April 2019, as part of the ASBU SBF Seminars, Prof. Dr. Urkhan Alakbarov, presented his talk entitled "New Technologies in Public Administration for achieving sustainable inclusive development goals: Azerbaijan Experience". The theme of the seminar was the steps Azerbaijan has taken in terms of development and also the effect of public administration.
