(Professor Dr. Urkhan Alakbarov is the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He has contributed significantly to the literature on the social, political, economic and natural elements of human development and sustainable environmental management. Alakbarov has given training and lectures in the world's leading universities(Columbia University, University of Texas, University of Texas, University of Michigan, University of Jackson, Lehigh University, Rutgers University, New York University, University of Greiswald, Yeditepe University, Cukurova University, Stockholm University, Tbilisi Stata University, Georgian Agrarian Academy, Tel Aviv University). The world-famous Alakbarov has 30 books, 20 patents and 310 publications, of which more than 200 have their place in international literature. He has acted as a consultant to many international institutions such as the United Nations, World Bank, World Health Organization, UNDP, and UNESCO provided trainings and carried out projects. He made a name for himself as Azerbaijan genetics and development expert by the famous names Hillary Clinton, Kofi Annan, Giorgia Armani, Angelina Jolie.)
